Elite Island Resorts – Nightly Resort Fee: A Resort Fee of US $29 per room, per night applies to all bookings, except Los Establos Boutique Resort & Galley Bay Resort & Spa, where the resort fee is US $24 per room, per night. The fee is payable locally at the resort, includes Wi-Fi access, and is inclusive of all taxes.
Getting to Your Resort
You will need a flight into Antigua (ANU – V.C. Bird International). The best way to get to the resorts is by using a local taxi. It is approximately a 30-minute drive to the resorts. There is never a wait at the taxi stand located just outside the terminal doors. The cost is around USD $50 each way for 2 people ($10 for any additional person) and there is no need to pre-book this service. All taxis are Government regulated, licensed, and insured.
Antigua Currency
The island will accept USD however, we recommend bringing small bills because you will get change back in local currency. The rate of exchange is USD $1.00 = XCD $2.70.
Tourism Guest Levy Antigua & Barbuda: All bookings are subject to a Tourism Guest Levy in Antigua. The Tourism Guest Levy is US$5.00 per night, per guest ages 6 years and older, payable locally at the resort upon check-out.
Upon check in all guests will need to show a valid government issued identification and a major credit card (excluding American Express) for a $350 pre-authorization to cover any incidental purchases and to allow all guests to conveniently charge gift shop purchases, spa treatments and other purchases to their room folio.

Barbados Drivers License & Permit
You can obtain a Barbados drivers license on producing a valid National or International License. The cost for a visitors permit is US$5 for a 2-month permit and US$50 for a 1-year permit. All authorized car rental companies can issue you a drivers license if you have a valid license.
Barbados Suggested Dressing
Bring clothes for the tropics. Light cotton dresses and light jackets for formal wear. Casual slacks and lightweight shorts for the times when you are not in a bathing suit. Beachwear should also include sunglasses, sunblock, and beach footwear.
Electricity In Barbados
110 volts/50 cycles.There is a reliable electricity supply, with only the occasional outage.
Standard plug types in Barbados are: (1) Flat blade (2 flat blades) and (2) Flat blades with round grounding pin. Most Barbados hotels can provide adapters and transformers for hair dryers and other appliances. Alternative energy: The island uses solar power mainly for hot-water systems.

Where exactly is Los Establos located?
We are nestled in the quaint, mountain town of Boquete, located in the Province of Chiriqui on the west coast of Panama. We are a 45-minute drive to David Enrique Malek International Airport.
How do I get there?
You will need to fly into Panama Tocumen International Airport (PTY) and from there, take a connecting flight to David Enrique Malek International Airport. Once you arrive, you will take an approximately 45-minute taxi drive (US $25 per person) to Los Establos.
Do I need a visa in addition to a passport?

What is the weather like at Los Establos?
It’s typically 75°F (20°C) and sunny, with a light breeze from the North or South. Unpredictable but refreshing light showers, called Bajareque, can occur during the day, which is why we recommend that you pack a light windbreaker. Our temperatures are even and comfortable throughout the year.
What is the local currency?
Panama is home to the Balboa, otherwise known as the Panamanian Dollar. However, everything at Los Establos, and most surrounding businesses, can be paid for with United States Dollars.
How should I prepare for my visit to Panama?

Passengers entering Panama are required to complete the electronic Customs Traveler Declaration Form. All passengers of legal age or responsible member of the family group (family is considered to be the husband, wife and children under the age of 18, including adopted children), must complete this form upon entry or departure from the Republic of Panama, without missing any of the boxes.
Is therea bank or ATM nearby?
There are several banks and ATMs available in downtown Boquete, approximately 5 minute drive from the resorts.
Christmas Week (December 21 – January 2): Where any portion of the booking falls within Christmas Week, the booking may be canceled for any reason at least 60 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 60 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability. Winter Season (January 3 – 31; March 1 to First Friday after Easter Sunday): Bookings may be canceled for any reason at least 30 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 30 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability.
Peak Winter Season (February 1 – 28): Where any portion of the booking falls within the month of February, the booking may be canceled for any reason at least 60 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 60 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability.
Summer Season (First Saturday after Easter Sunday to December 20): Bookings may be canceled for any reason at least 14 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 14 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability.
Participating resorts include: Hammock Cove; St. James’s Club & Villas; The Verandah Antigua; Pineapple Beach Club; Galley Bay Resort & Spa; Palm Island Resort & Spa; The Club Barbados and Los Establos Boutique Resort.
Important: Each Certificate provides resort accommodations for 7-10 nights for up to two or three rooms, depending on the resort (the number of rooms is specified on each Certificate). All the winners have to pay for their transportation, food and beverage, which is covered by the required All-Inclusive supplement.
Rules of Usage: Each Certificate provides accommodations for up to three rooms (as specified on the Certificate) and is subject to a required nightly all-inclusive supplement of $150-$323 per person, based on double occupancy, depending on the resort selected and travel dates. The Certificate All-Inclusive supplement covers dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks), unlimited beverages by the glass (including alcohol), and resort activities including non-motorized water sports. Government taxes/service charges are additional. The required supplement and taxes/service charges are collected by our office. At the time of booking, a deposit of $600 per room is collected, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise advised.
Air Transportation is not included. We can assist the winners with air travel plans as we have access to airline fares and availability.

All travel must be booked by the “Expiration Date” on each Certificate. Extension of Certificates may be granted beyond the “Expiration Date” at a fee of $100. All Certificates are subject to prevailing rates at the time of booking.
Note: Posting our Certificates online for “resale” purposes shall immediately invalidate these Certificates. Certificates can be transferred from the prize winner to a family member or friend however, they may not be advertised or “re-sold” online at eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or other similar sites.
Certificate nightly rates are subject to change and the resort’s cancellation policies. Reservation dates/rates are considered firm upon receipt of deposit.
