Originally from Sweden, Sophia combines high-level tennis experience with a background in fitness and group training. She brings precision, positivity, and a strong focus on movement and flow—while ensuring every detail of the retreat experience runs seamlessly.

A $600 deposit is required to secure your reservation per room, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival. A resort fee of $24 per room, per night applies and is payable upon departure.
