To Reserve Your Stay: A $600 deposit is required per room at the time of booking.

Elite Island Resorts โ€“ Nightly Resort Fee: A Resort Fee of $24 per room, per night is payable locally at the resort. This mandatory resort fee includes Wi-Fi services and helps defer the costs of enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols throughout the resort. The $24 fee per room, per night is inclusive of all taxes.

Tourism Guest Levy Antigua & Barbuda: All bookings are subject to a Tourism Guest Levy in Antigua. The Tourism Guest Levy is US$5.00 per night, per guest ages 6 years and older, payable locally at the resort upon check-out.

Upon check in all guests will need to show a valid government issued identification and a major credit card (excluding American Express) for a $350 pre-authorization to cover any incidental purchases and to allow all guests to conveniently charge gift shop purchases, spa treatments and other purchases to their room folio.


Cancellation Policy

Christmas Week (December 21 – January 2): Where any portion of the booking falls within Christmas Week, the booking may be canceled for any reason at least 60 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 60 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability. Winter Season (January 3 – 31; March 1 to First Friday after Easter Sunday): Bookings may be canceled for any reason at least 30 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 30 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability.

Peak Winter Season (February 1 – 28): Where any portion of the booking falls within the month of February, the booking may be canceled for any reason at least 60 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 60 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability.

Summer Season (First Saturday after Easter Sunday to December 20): Bookings may be canceled for any reason at least 14 days prior to arrival, without any cancellation fees other than a $100 administrative fee per room. Bookings canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay as liquidated damages. Arrival date changes made within 14 days prior to arrival may be allowed, subject to availability.


General Information

Participating resorts include: Hammock Cove; St. Jamesโ€™s Club & Villas; The Verandah Antigua; Pineapple Beach Club; Galley Bay Resort & Spa; Palm Island Resort & Spa; The Club Barbados and Los Establos Boutique Resort

Important: Each Certificate provides resort accommodations for 7-10 nights for up to two or three rooms, depending on the resort (the number of rooms is specified on each Certificate). All the winners have to pay for their transportation, food and beverage, which is covered by the required All-Inclusive supplement.

Rules of Usage: Each Certificate provides accommodations for up to three rooms (as specified on the Certificate) and is subject to a required nightly all-inclusive supplement of $150-$323 per person, based on double occupancy, depending on the resort selected and travel dates. The Certificate All-Inclusive supplement covers dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks), unlimited beverages by the glass (including alcohol), and resort activities including non-motorized water sports. Government taxes/service charges are additional. The required supplement and taxes/service charges are collected by our office. At the time of booking, a deposit of $600 per room is collected, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise advised. 

Air Transportation is not included. We can assist the winners with air travel plans as we have access to airline fares and availability.

Accommodations are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early for peak travel periods. Additional surcharge may apply seasonally and during Christmas week and February. All travel must be booked by the โ€œExpiration Dateโ€ on each Certificate. Extension of Certificates may be granted beyond the โ€œExpiration Dateโ€ at a fee of $100. All Certificates are subject to prevailing rates at the time of booking.

Note: Posting our Certificates online for โ€œresaleโ€ purposes shall immediately invalidate these Certificates. Certificates can be transferred from the prize winner to a family member or friend however, they may not be advertised or โ€œre-soldโ€ online at eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or other similar sites.

Certificate nightly rates are subject to change and the resortโ€™s cancellation policies. Reservation dates/rates are considered firm upon receipt of deposit.
