Payment

A Deposit of $600 is required per room, payable at time of reservation. Balance of all-inclusive supplemental fee is due 30 days prior to resort arrival unless specified otherwise.

Note:

Peak season travel requires 90 days pre payment and is non-refundable. There are no blackout dates. Rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. There is a fee of $25 per person, per night during our peak periods applicable to travel from December 21st – January 3rd and February 1st – 24th of each calendar year. These dates require a minimum 7 night stay.

All guests are required to present a valid government issued ID upon check-in. In addition, a major credit card* will be pre-authorized in the amount of $350 for incidental purchases such as gift shop, spa, treatments and excursions.
